1. In-app deletion
If you can still sign in, use the deletion controls available in the app settings. That path is the fastest and most reliable way to submit a request.
The public form below is intended for account recovery or locked-out cases where the in-app option is not available.
2. Review timeline
- Public deletion requests are reviewed manually.
- Processing may take up to 7 business days after the request is validated.
- If additional verification is needed, support may contact you using the email address you provide.

3. What may be deleted
- The account and profile associated with the verified login identity.
- Related account data stored for normal service operation, subject to technical and legal retention requirements.
- Some paired or shared data may be affected depending on how the related feature works in the app.
Permanent deletion may not be reversible. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
4. Before you submit
- Use the email address linked to your SoulLocket account if possible.
- Add your display name or House ID if you remember them. This helps support verify the request faster.
- Only submit the form if you understand this is a permanent deletion request.
