1. In-app deletion

If you can still sign in, use the deletion controls available in the app settings. That path is the fastest and most reliable way to submit a request.

The public form below is intended for account recovery or locked-out cases where the in-app option is not available.

2. Review timeline

Status Meaning
Received Your request was created successfully and queued for review.
Under review Support is checking the request details and verifying the account.
Processed The validated request was completed according to the deletion workflow.

3. What may be deleted

Permanent deletion may not be reversible. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

4. Before you submit

  1. Use the email address linked to your SoulLocket account if possible.
  2. Add your display name or House ID if you remember them. This helps support verify the request faster.
  3. Only submit the form if you understand this is a permanent deletion request.

5. Public request form

Submit this form only if you cannot access the app. The request is sent to the official public deletion endpoint used for browser-based support handling.
