SoulLocket Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

• By creating an account, signing in, or using SoulLocket, you agree to these Terms.
• If you do not agree, do not use the service.
• Some features may include additional rules or notices shown inside the app.

2. Eligibility

• You must meet the minimum age and legal capacity requirements that apply where you live.
• You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login methods and approved devices.
• You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security issues.
• We may use verification, security checks, or temporary restrictions to protect accounts and the service.

4. House and Shared Features

• SoulLocket may provide shared spaces, paired features, and relationship-based settings.
• You should only connect or share data where you have the authority and consent to do so.
• Shared features can affect what another connected user is able to view, edit, or receive.

5. User Content

• You retain responsibility for the content you upload, store, or share through SoulLocket.
• You must have the rights needed for the text, photos, media, and other material you provide.
• You grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, transmit, display, and process that content in order to operate the service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or misleading use of the service.
• No attempts to access accounts, data, devices, or systems without authorization.
• No distribution of harmful code, spam, exploit attempts, or repeated abuse of support, rewards, or promotional systems.
• No use of SoulLocket in a way that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or safety.

7. Paid Features, Rewards, and Ads

• Some features may be paid, premium, reward-based, or supported by advertising providers.
• In-app purchases on Apple platforms are billed to your Apple ID through the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Purchased access can be restored inside the app when you use the same store account. Refund requests are handled by Apple or the relevant platform provider.
• Transactions, subscriptions, and refunds may also be subject to the terms of the relevant platform or payment provider.
• We may suspend rewards or premium access where abuse, fraud, or invalid activity is detected.

8. AI and Experimental Features

• Some parts of SoulLocket may offer AI-assisted or experimental outputs.
• Those outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for high-stakes decisions. You remain responsible for how you use them.

9. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the service is being abused.
• You may stop using the service at any time, and in supported cases you may request account deletion through the app or the public deletion page.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

• SoulLocket is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete availability, or error-free operation.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the product, law, or service operations change. Updated versions may be posted on this public page and, where appropriate, surfaced inside the app.
